Step 1: Register your free account

1. Go to the registration page: stolencars.uk/register
2. Fill in your details (name, email and a secure password), or sign up with Google.
3. If you signed up with an email address, confirm it by clicking the link we email you.

Once registered, you can sign in, create reports and print flyers for them.

Step 2: Submit a stolen car report

1. Sign in, then go to stolencars.uk/report-stolen.
2. Enter the key details about your vehicle:
   • Registration (number plate)
   • Make, model and year
   • Colour and any distinguishing features or modifications
   • Where and when it was stolen, your crime reference number and any reward
3. Add clear photos. The first three appear on your flyer, so they make it far more effective.

Step 3: Open your report page

Step 4: Click “Print flyer”

Near the top of your report, next to the Share buttons (WhatsApp, Facebook, X, email and copy link), you’ll see Print flyer.

Click it and your flyer is created instantly from your report’s details and photos:

• a large STOLEN banner and “Have you seen this vehicle?”
• up to three of your photos

Step 5: Print it or save it as a PDF

Press Print or save as PDF at the top of the flyer:

• To print: choose your printer. The flyer is sized to fit exactly one A4 page, in colour or black and white.
• To save a PDF: choose “Save as PDF” as the printer (on a phone, use Print and then Share or Save). The PDF is ideal for print shops, email and messaging apps.

Step 6: Put it up and share it
